Your Shimano rod or reel has been manufactured from the finest materials and is designed to give long and reliable service.

However, even the finest equipment sometimes requires servicing and in order to ensure that the service is both fast and efficient we have a team of highly skilled technicians.

Here at Shimano, we believe our customers deserve more than just quality products. If you do experience a problem, we strongly advise you to go to your nearest Shimano dealer. Our network of Shimano dealers is an extension of our commitment to you. Another option is to check the service instruction that should be supplied with your Shimano tackle.

This year we did a survey on the satisfaction among our dealers regarding the service of Shimano. To this survey participated multiple dealers throughout Europe and we are very proud to make notice that Shimano's customer service scored an average of 8.3 in 2016 on service and warranty.
