Terms and Conditions: Win a Shimano Absolute Freeze Ice 40L Icebox & an assortment of Shimano lures valued at $3K at AFTA 2024.
The promoter of this contest is Shimano Australia Fishing, hereinafter referred to as "the Promoter." The contest is open to all individuals aged 12 years or older, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members, or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organization or running of the contest. If contestant is under the age of 18 a parent/guardian must be accompanied on the prize fulfilment day. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The contest prize includes. 1 x Shimano Absolute Freeze Ice 40L Icebox & assortment of Shimano lures valued at $3K . The winner will be selected by a random draw conducted at 4pm on August 17th, 2024, at the Shimano stand at the AFTA show. The winner will be contacted at 4:30 on August 17th 2024 via email and social media messaging. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner and may request proof of age or identification. The winner must claim the prize within two weeks of being contacted. If the winner fails to claim the prize within the specified time, another draw will be conducted to determine a new winner. There will be one (1) winner in total. The contest prize winner agrees to the use of their name, quotes and/or images for publicity and competition purposes, without compensation. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and no exchanges are offered. The Promoter, their associated agencies and companies associated with this competition take no responsibility for prize damage or loss in transit and the Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, damage to or loss in transit of the prize. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages.
