All Shimano headwear is constructed using premium quality materials with attention to key high-end design details. This season there are four new sun smart designs to stay safe on the water.
The Shimano Soft Stretch Legionnaire Cap is a UPF30 rated* head cover designed to keep the sun off. The polyester material is quick drying, and can be wet down in humid environments to keep cool. The design features functional, reinforced, non-corrosive press studs to join the flaps and adjustable elastic webbing to keep the hat firmly in place in the wind.
The Shimano Technical Outdoor Hat is a hybrid design based on the popular Shimano Wide Brim and Legionnaire models. Built from UPF50+* rated polyester, the brim at the front of the hat has a wide 180 degree reach which blends into a legionnaire flap to achieve maximum cover at the back of the neck. This hat features hidden ventilation panels in the top to keep cool and has two handy elastic loops to hold sunglasses.
New to the range of caps are the Shimano corporate woven trucker caps in navy colour and the Moss camo trucker cap to protect your face from the harsh Australian sun. Also added to the trucker cap range is the G Loomis Aero Blue cap that suits both male and female fishos.
The G.Loomis Bucket Hat is a stylish nylon design which offers great comfort and sun protection while you are out on the water. This lightweight, breathable design has a brim that can “pop” up to keep a cool head, and the neoprene strap and heavy duty buckle will keep your hat in place whilst in the water or when the wind picks up.
