These classy looking Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) Shimano Instage rods with their charcoal blanks, under-stated blue bindings and top-quality cork grips feature high modulus Spiral X-Core blanks and Carbon Monocoque butts for the ultimate in balance and extreme sensitivity combined with strength and durability. They carry strong but lightweight Shimano cold forged titanium X Guides* throughout and are fitted with robust CI4+ reel seats.
While they are particularly well suited to lure casting with both soft and hard lures, these new Instage rods with their optimum combination of light weight, durability and feel. These have been designed for our inshore saltwater and freshwater areas with target species from bass, yellow belly mangrove jack to snapper, kingfish and mulloway.
