SERVICING ENQUIRIES After Sales Support

If you would like to return your Shimano product for servicing and/or warranty assessment please send the item together with your Shimano warranty card, proof of purchase, your name and contact details, and a description of the problem you are experiencing, to your nearest Shimano dealer or directly to our service department.

 

Service Department hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm (excluding Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).
