If you would like to return your Shimano product for servicing and/or warranty assessment please send the item together with your Shimano warranty card, proof of purchase, your name and contact details, and a description of the problem you are experiencing, to your nearest Shimano dealer.
For any follow up enquiries please contact the Shimano dealer through which you lodged the service enquiry. They will be able to provide you with progress updates and/or quotation for repairs if required.
