Advance your cast with exceptional blank recovery and line management.
Optimal loading and recovery of the blank, and guide train placement, are critical for achieving long-cast performance and were the primarily considerations when designing the 24 Exvance. With the objective to enable anglers to achieve the extra-long distances often required to access areas holding fish on many popular surfcasting locations around New Zealand. The first requirement demands a delicate balance between speed and power, which for the 24 Exvance, resulted in a purpose-built 30T carbon blank that demonstrates fast and accurate recovery while remaining user friendly and easy to load. To compliment this the guide train is comprised of quality Fuji low-rider Alconite guides, optimising line release along the length of the blank and maximising casting efficiency. To further increase casting performance a custom spacer for mounting a cast trigger has been included immediately above the Fuji graphite reel seat, while the rear grip provides an ergonomic casting handle for maximum leverage. The butt section features EVA grips with X-wrapped shrink tube to provide comfortable handling, and the tip section combines reflective tape under the guide bindings and hi-visibility orange glow paint to make sure you don’t miss a bite regardless of the light conditions. Available in 13’6” and 14’6” lengths, both models are 3 piece and capable of casting up to 6oz.
