The Waxwing is a patent pending freshwater sub-surface lure designed to swim with a realistic walk-the-dog action created by simply twitching and pausing on the retrieve. The innovative wing design is where the magic happens, the upper fin provides the lure with a kick that is reminiscent of a traditional spoon, while the lower fin provides stability preventing the lure from rolling and allowing it to track straight. Waxwings are equipped with an inbuilt rattle which effectively calls fish in from a distance, while the UV paint on the lateral line provides an attractive bite trigger.
