The Speedmaster Tapered Surf Leader is designed for use with thinner diameter mono mainlines or lighter braided mainlines and absorbs the immense pressure imparted on the line when long range casting.
Each leader is 15m long and will suit all lengths of surf rod and casting styles. The Speedmaster Tapered Surf Leader has a super smooth finish, minimising friction as it moves through the rod guides, a high abrasion resistance and excellent knot strength to cope with the excessive stress caused by the longer casts.
