The Full Carbon blanks of the Bassterra XT LRC have a fast action and are enhanced with Diaflash construction to give the rods the correct action, responsiveness and casting performance required when fishing ultra lightweight lures. You can cast small spinners and other hardbaits deceptively well, or as an alternative fish a soft plastic close to shore with supreme precision, thanks to the sensitive solid tips. Fitted with corrosion resistant Fuji Stainless Steel Fazlite guides, which work perfectly with fine braid or mono reel lines, all models are fitted with a VSS reel seat and a split grip EVA handle. Available in four models from Ultra Light 2.05m (0.5-8g casting weight) for super sensitive situations up to a Light Power 2.44m(3-15g casting weight) for more demanding situations where slightly bigger lures are preferred.
