The Tyrnos Trolling is purpose‑built for anglers who target the ocean’s most powerful predators, offering uncompromising strength across a wide range of line classes from 50lb up to a formidable 130lb. Designed for serious offshore trolling, it combines advanced carbon engineering with proven big‑game components to deliver a rod capable of thriving under extreme pressure.
Built to perform when everything is on the line, the Tyrnos Trolling delivers immense power without feeling overly heavy or unwieldy. Despite its strength, the rod maintains a balanced, controlled feel that allows anglers to stay connected throughout long, demanding fights. Whether trolling for hard‑charging tuna, battling deep‑diving swordfish, or locking into a powerful marlin, the Tyrnos Trolling provides the authority and stability required to maintain pressure and stay in control from strike to leader.
At the core of the Tyrnos Trolling is a high‑performance Full Carbon blank, reinforced with HPC (High Pressure Carbon) technology and Biofibre. This advanced construction delivers exceptional lifting power and resistance to blank deformation under heavy load. Integrated Twist Control technology helps maintain curve integrity during intense fights, reducing blank twist and ensuring efficient power transfer when the rod is pushed to its limits. The action is tuned specifically for trolling applications, absorbing violent strikes while maintaining consistent pressure to keep hooks firmly set.
To handle extreme drag pressures and heavy lines, the Tyrnos Trolling is equipped with Seaguide stainless steel roller guides, designed to minimise friction and protect the line during prolonged battles. These guides ensure smooth line movement when under maximum strain, helping to reduce heat build‑up and line wear during long runs.
A Pac Bay aluminium reel seat provides a rock‑solid connection with large offshore reels, ensuring absolute security when fishing high drag settings. The profiled EVA foregrip offers a confident, non‑slip hold, even in wet or rough conditions, giving anglers full control when fighting fish at close quarters. Available with both straight and bent aluminium butt options, the Tyrnos Trolling allows anglers to tailor their setup to suit fighting style, chair fishing, or stand‑up battles.
Powerful, resilient, and engineered for the toughest offshore challenges, the Tyrnos Trolling is a serious big‑game rod designed for anglers who demand absolute reliability when targeting the largest fish in the ocean.
