With its reduced stretch and high strength to diameter ratio, Technium is the perfect compromise between braid and ‘normal’ mono lines. Built using three layers, the hyper-resistant centre core has low stretch properties that give Technium Invisitec a 50% reduction in stretch compared to a standard mono line. This greatly increases bite registration when carp or feeder fishing whilst retaining enough stretch to enable you to play fish with confidence. The second layer of the construction gives the line its suppleness, which is apparent as soon as you handle the line. This increases casting performance and contributes to Technium Invisitec’s excellent knot strength. The final outer layer not only protects the line from UV light, it also creates a silky smooth surface that reduces friction when casting and increases abrasion resistance.
