HIGH SCHOOL, COLLEGE BASS ANGLERS AGAIN CAN RELY ON SHIMANO SUPPORT FOR SCHOOL EXPENSES

Application Deadline: June 15, 2021 - Now in its fifth year, Shimano continues a key initiative to its 'Varsity Program' with a scholarship program to students pursuing careers in fisheries, conservation, and natural resources management. To apply, complete the information on the application form that's downloadable at the bottom of this page.

High school seniors, undergrad, and graduate students must be a member of the B.A.S.S. organization to be eligible to apply for the scholarships. The program's key mission is to advise high school and college-age anglers on the potential career opportunities as resource management professionals at the state, regional, provincial and federal levels.

Applications for the Varsity Program scholarships will be accepted through June 15, 2021. Winners will be notified by July 1, with the award being made directly to the student for use as needed for tuition, textbooks, or living expenses.
