We're happy to announce that Team Shimano participates in this season's Perch Pro 9! Pelle Seth and Thierry Nguyen will be fishing for Team Shimano in this ultimate perch fishing tournament. This Friday, the 16th of December Perch Pro 9 will start and we can assure this season is going to blow your mind in 6 episodes full of fishing adventures.
After three days of hardcore perch fishing, the team with the most points will be crowned as the rightful winners of Perch Pro 9. Every year, the tactics improve, the anglers are getting better and better, and more BIG perch being caught. With this in mind, season 9 will definitely be a show that you don't want to miss!

Who is Pelle Seth?
Pelle Seth (38) is a former winner of Perch Pro and working as a marketing officer in Shimano Nordics. As a true Swede, he started fishing when he was 8 years old. His passion for fishing grew when his uncle took him on lake Mälaren in the summer. His favorite technique for perch is finesse fishing, especially with the ned-rig and dropshot. To catch his perch, Pelle is always adapting to the conditions and the seasons of the Swedisch outback. His perch records are: Lake 52cm and 1760g. Archipelago 51cm 1980g. Spain. 51cm 2630g. His big dream is to go to the USA to fish on lake St. Lawrence River close New York for small mouth bass.
Who is Thierry Nguyen?
Thierry is a Pro staffer of Shimano - G.Loomis France, Thierry fishes with passion with the Fly and in casting/spinning for more than 30 years. He fishes on all the rivers and lakes of France and even abroad looking for big monsters. With this solid experience Thierry participates in many competitions in France in street fishing, float tube and bass boat. He is specialized in finesse fishing with ultra-sensitive tips or drop-shot in search of monstrous perch. This is his first participation in Perch Pro but this formidable opponent brings with his red wine in his suitcases a complete weaponry to be successful. His good mood and his French Joie de Vivre is all about making fun and giving a good spirit.
