The unique lightweight, high-sensitivity, and high-response of tubular is characteristic. The all-round performance that allows anglers to accurately manipulate small jigs regardless of the type of jerk is attractive. Various jig actions, such as manipulating slide and fall actions with a basic one-pitch jerk, or producing slow and rapid swimming, capture a variety of targets. SHIMANO's unique basic structure, SPIRAL X CORE, realizes a balance between high strength and lightness. Also, uncomfortable feeling such as torsion and power loss caused by thinner blanks is suppressed.

This series is designed to enjoy the exciting game, "bend and catch". The more entire body of the rod is bent, the more tenacity like overflowing is demonstrated, and this supports a stable fight. Also, it is easy to grasp timing of a jerk, and adapts to one-pitch jerks that emphasize natural jig action and reeling jerks that produce a linear swimming motion. HI-POWER X FULLSOLID construction improves torsional rigidity and thoroughly suppresses the uncomfortable blurring and power loss that are common with general full-solids. In addition, TAFTEC INFINITY, a high-strength carbon solid, is adopted for the material to achieve improved strength.
