Redefining the possibilities in an electric reel.
Shimano's electric reels are in the midst of accelerated evolution. The former standard size of 3000 has now become a major player in the electric power game and simply being strong is not enough to be called a flagship anymore. The Beastmaster needed to evolve. The GIGA-MAX Motor has been enlarged in size and made tougher, adding even more power and speed to its already well-known performance. For example, fights with tunas weighing over 30 kg, bottom fishing with a size 300 sinker weight, or reeling up squids hooked at every 20-point rig, are made easier with this motor. The number of drag pairs has been increased from three to four, and the maximum drag force has been raised to 20 kg. TheFIRE MACH SYSTEM, which boasts high spool rotation performance, and the Heat Free System II, which improves heat dissipation, have also been inherited. Two wild beasts have been unleashed that destroy the framework of electric reels and even the stereotypes of boat fishing.
*The Tankenmaru scale can only be used on vessels equipped with a Tankenmarumaster unit. The fish depth display can only be used with Accu-Fish compatible parent units.
