SPEED SLASHER's focus is on "speed of fall". Tight currents, deep water and drifting a boat with the strong wind and high tide.... This jig is the one to choose in severe conditions. The body is narrowed to reduce drag as much as possible. The center of gravity is slightly rear-balanced. Falls faster than its sibling KING/DRIFT SLASHER. When jerked, it leaves sufficient sliding action and quickly returns to a straight fall. It does not get swept away by the tide too much and can increase the number of times it takes the bait to the bottom. There are many conditions in which it is effective, such as when aiming for a quick hook on first contact, or when luring by reaction to the fall speed. It is recommended not only for amberjack and yellowtail, but also for greater amberjack on fishing expeditions.
