Adoption of IZANAS® ultra-high-strength polyethylene fiber
This PE line uses IZANAS®, an ultra-high-strength polyethylene fiber produced by Toyobo Co. The fiber is approximately 8 times stronger than piano wire and has a moderate modulus of elasticity.
A method of weaving PE line while tightening the fibers in the manufacturing process.
Densely woven fabrics have a smoother surface and lower frictional force, resulting in improved abrasion resistance. Furthermore, the strength is stabilized due to less variation. Also, sensitivity is increased due to less stretch.
