Adoption of IZANAS® ultra-high-strength polyethylene fiber
This PE line uses IZANAS®, an ultra-high-strength polyethylene fiber produced by Toyobo Co. The fiber is approximately 8 times stronger than piano wire and has a moderate modulus of elasticity.
The Tough Cross construction method is crossed with the VT construction method, which prevents twisting.
A weaving process that combines the TOUGHCROSS and VT methods. Surface smoothness and linearity are improved, contributing to uniform strength, lower elongation, and better abrasion resistance.
Heat-resistant special silicone coating
Coated with a special silicon resin that has low thermal conductivity (1/4 that of water) and excellent heat resistance. Improved slipperiness.
