Nylon tussah fabric treated with Teflon is used for a soft texture. The hat has very good ventilation so you don't feel stuffy wearing it. Comes with a drawcord that allows you to adjust the fit as well.
Fabric surface repels water.
The fabric is treated to repel water in droplets and prevent it from soaking into the fabric.
This reduces the chill and discomfort caused by the fabric becoming wet.
