Kamış STC Surf

The STC Surf range is available in a multiplier (M) or a Fixed spool (BXH) reel configurations and are ideal for anglers who travel long distances. Suitable for all-round surfcasting, they are stronger than conventional surf rods, making them suitable to fish for large fish from the shore or beach.
There are very few surf rods available for the travelling angler and if this is the type of fishing you prefer, the STC Surf will be a great addition to you rod collection. These super powerful, long range masterpieces can cope with leads up to 225g (8oz), enabling you to comfortably fish the most powerful surf around the world. If you prefer to use a large fixed spool surf reel the 4.45m ‘BXH’ model will launch your leads impressive distances, and for fans of multiplier reels, the 3.96m ‘M’ model with give you all of the power you require to tame powerful fish feeding beyond the breakers.

To produce the correct long range casting performance required by high quality surf casters, the STC Surf blends High Modulus Full Carbon with Nanosheet. The result is lightness, power and great tip speed, even when using large leads. Remarkably, the 6-piece STC Surf packs down to a maximum length of 76cm, making suitcase transport a convenient option for the globetrotting angler who is prepared to face the challenge of the world’s finest surf beaches. To ensure confident, assured handling when casting long distance a special cross wrap shrink tube handle is used on both models. The fixed spool reel model has a Shimano DPS reel seat and the multiplier version having an adjustable Slide ‘n Grip reel seat that can positioned to suit your casting style. Stainless steel Seaguide guides are used throughout and both models have a white tip section for easy bite detection in low light conditions.
Both models come with a with strong travel tube for international travel.
