The salmon and steelhead specific Scimitar series by Shimano was designed with a high-end look and feel that also outclasses every rod in the competition. These lightweight and powerful spinning and casting rods feature a longer rear and foregrip to balance the longer rod blanks that are necessary when fishing for salmon and steelhead whether you are casting spoons, blades or crankbaits.
