Shimano Chronarch G Key Features

Saltwater Safe - Featuring a newly added corrosion-resistant spool, this new version of the Chronarch can stand up to saltwater.

MicroModule Gearing - The Chronarch G’s MicroModule Gear System is the same as what's in our Chronarch MGL, Metanium MGL, and Curado K. MicroModule Gearing features smaller, more precise teeth that allow for smooth engagement and produces an efficient retrieve.

X-SHIP - The durability and power you expect with the Chronarch MGL? The Chronarch G has the same thanks to Shimano's X-SHIP pinion gear support. X-SHIP supports the pinion gear on both ends, maintaining precise alignment with the drive gear and allowing the reel to maintain it's powerful retrieve even under heavy loads.

SVS Infinity Brakes - The Chronarch G shares the same SVS Infinity braking system as our Chronarch MGL, Metanium MGL, and Curado K, so anglers can expect superior cast control and easy-to-manage, consistent spool control and brake force.
